The search approach – in as few words as we can manage
Briefing – We work to get an in-depth understanding of the clients business / objectives / strategy / people and cultural considerations, to gain a comprehensive understanding of the organization, ultimately allowing us to create a carefully articulated proposition to pitch.
Staffing Requirement – We gain full understanding of the specific hiring requirements / skill set responsibilities / objectives / salary / etc.
Search Universe – We define the target universe of companies to use as source sites to find the relevant candidates.
Name Gathering – We assign researchers internally which are the backbone behind the strong research component we integrate in to our search, to go to market and collate the names of potential candidates from target companies, allowing us create very specific and accurate market intelligence. This information supplements individuals already known to the business, and in addition, discreet networking through our sector contacts.
Head Hunting – Our Senior Consultants pro-actively approach candidates and present the clients opportunity to gain interest, and qualify suitability for the position. Our screening process involves criteria based questioning techniques, which can also be coupled with any additional qualification requested by the client. This thorough evaluation that is carried out with meticulous scrutiny guarantees the result delivered is a highly referenced and validated candidate.
CV presentation – We present a shortlist of candidates, typically 4/5 people for any one role. However, if required, we can fast track (or drip feed) candidates upon suitable qualification for the role.
Interview stage – Throughout the interview and offer stage, we continue to stay close at hand, encouraging candour and openness from both parties. This helps the chances of a successful placement, completion and closure of the process.
